I called in the morning (after some fun with the electrics) and explained the situation, they couldn't come the same day due to it being a bank holiday but would have if their suppliers weren't shut. Luckily they came the next day and fixed it in 3 hours. Cost a lot but most was for the new quieter unit. Good fast work, I'd recommend for anyone in a bind or just looking for good work from honest people."

Normally I get worried as there’s loads out there who take advantage of your lack of knowledge and end up overcharging you or doing something that you need not have spent money on. Especially in the current climate every penny counts. Arthur understood this and went out his way to find a way to do this job in the most cost efficient way for us! "Highly recommended! For two different retail shops in Bristol, Arthur has been the go to plumber for both. After someone on a Facebook group recommended him, Arthur and a colleague fixed an ongoing hidden leak from the flat upstairs, when no other plumber could find the cause (it was a very old building with lots of pipe work). Since then he’s fixed toilets, fitted water pipes, solved further leaks and plumbed in washing machines, dishwashers and coffee machines at three very different settings : my current ‘modern’ commercial shop in Cabot Circus, a previous victorian business premises in Old Market and at home. "I had a leak coming from my bathroom to the flat below me. Arthur of 365 Plumbing came and discovered it was coming from pipes that are under concrete floor. Track & Trace was carried out which was not an easy task as the floor needed drilling and removed the leaks were then stopped. Arthur made an extremely stressful time so much better. Arthur has since fitted a new boiler and again fantastic experience again. "Arthur was very quick to come and and initially look at my faulty shower. He diagnosed the problem and gave a good explanation for the ongoing issues I’ve been having. I then arranged for him to install a new shower and he kept in good contact throughout the job, always responding quickly to any messages/calls.
